Welcome to Sonic Wave Studio (sonicwavestudio.com), the personal music portfolio of Antoine Vlieghe ("we", "us", "the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Sonic Wave Studio is a showcase of original music and collaborations, song covers, downloadable guitar tabs, online guitar courses, gear notes, show dates, a photo gallery, and an FAQ. Some features require a free member account.

• You must provide a valid email address and may need to verify it.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to use online services in your country (at least 15 in France).
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used abusively.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data except as expressly allowed.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Disrupt or overload the Site, or interfere with its security features.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone’s rights.

All content on the Site — including music, recordings, song covers, guitar tabs, course materials, text, images, and the Sonic Wave Studio name and branding — is owned by Antoine Vlieghe or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view and enjoy the content for personal, non-commercial use. Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, resell, or create derivative works from it. Tabs and course materials you access or purchase are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

• Some guitar tabs may be offered as paid downloads. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not handle your card details.
• Paid items are digital goods delivered immediately. Because of their nature, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available, except where required by law or where a file is faulty.
• If a payment feature is shown as unavailable, the corresponding items are not yet for sale.

When you send us a message through the contact form, you grant us the right to read and respond to it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services — including streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube), social networks (TikTok, Instagram), our payment provider (Stripe), and our music distributor (DistroKid). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antoine Vlieghe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. By continuing to use the Site after changes take effect, you accept the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
